Once employees have enrolled in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund, they can contribute directly to their account through their own checking or savings accounts. Or, while not a requirement, as an employer you can make saving for college easier for your employees by offering payroll deduction to allow them to contribute through their paychecks like they would for any other benefit.
If you would like to offer payroll deduction, we can make it easy for you to start and maintain that option for your employees.
- Complete the Employer Authorization Form.
- Have your employee complete the Employee Payroll Deduction Form for account and contribution information.
- Submit money to the Texas Tuition Promise Fund via check, wire or direct deposit for each pay period.
