It’s easy to open a Texas Tuition Promise Fund account. And, the sooner you start, the more affordable a college education can be.

Be sure to read the Plan Description and Master Agreement carefully. It outlines the risks and expenses, including fees, associated with establishing an account in the Plan.

It only takes about 15 minutes to enroll online during the annual enrollment period.

If it is between September 1st and February 28th (29th in Leap Years), or between September 1st and July 31st for a newborn, you can:

  1. Enroll now online; or
  2. Download an application, fill out the forms and mail in; or
  3. Download an Enrollment Kit, which includes a brochure, application, rollover form and Plan Description and Master Agreement

To save you time, have the following information available before you begin for the Purchaser and the Beneficiary:

  1. Social Security number
  2. Mailing address
  3. Phone number
  4. Date of Birth

You will also need your bank account information (routing and account numbers).
